4. Ability to work in team: Team work is an important aspect that is expected from freshers. The ability to work in a team takes us past many of the limitations that we may face if we work alone
5. Leadership qualities: A good leader is required for a team to become a success. A good leader might be able to tackle any issue that may arise in his team
6. Knowledge about competitors: A fresher must have sound knowledge about his company's competitors and must give innovative ideas to overcome the competitors
